My experience at Arrows Group
In November I work 5 years at Arrows Group. Because I have always been able to learn and improve myself I liked each of the 5 years.
In the first 2 years I have been taught as a specialist recruiter active in the Microsoft domain. Our current Managing Director and current Business Development director have taught me all the tricks from the book. In the last few years I have been in many positions and I think this made a good layer to execute my current role as a Team Lead.
What are the people & culture like at Arrows Group?
The great plus if you work at Arrows Group is that everything is possible. There is hardly any hierarchy. If you want something done you just fix it the same day.
If you want to become a manager with your own team or if you want to become a high earning consultant who is only closing high margin business, this is all possible.
