The Challenge

Due to their ongoing success at two Financial Services clients, where Publicis.Sapient drives major digital transformation programmes, stakeholders set a timeline of 8 weeks to grow their permanent technology workforce by approx. 80 heads. Recognising that this rapid expansion and high-growth requires developing a centralised strategy and process to maintain control of their employee brand perception Publicis.Sapient selected Arrows Group to partner with their internal talent acquisition team for this project.

The Solution

We provided a dedicated client partner and sourcing teams to deliver 40 permanent hires across both tech (Full Stack, Front End etc) & non-tech categories (Scrum Master, Business Analysis & Consulting) providing a consistently exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience.

In addition to the solution, we provided a tech layer, a streamlined/multi work-stream process and our OneDay™ methodology that provides; Condensed recruitment lifecycle, controlled strategic approach to hiring, defined timescales and deliverables agreed by both parties. We also continued marketing, talent branding, EVP consulting support and an event co-branded with Publicis.Sapient to help attract talent and grow the brand
