The Challenge

Our client, a market leading Telecom Operators in The Netherlands was facing a huge challenge in building a complete Network Operations Team after insourcing the operational support on the national network. The team that needed to be build had to cover various high-end networking technologies, serving millions of end users. The time span for the insourcing was a maximum of 8 weeks, where over 30 new network operators needed to be onboarded, trained and become operational. The impact of this staffing project was critical as the client had great exposure in the country and network failures would have dramatic consequences for their brand.

The client asked Arrows Group as one of their strategic partners to support them in staffing these high volume teams fast, with the highest level of quality. Apart from finding the best talent, managing a smooth recruitment process was evident in order to be able to onboard all new hires in time. The team needed to be a blend of contractors and permanent staff. The Solution

Arrows Group provided a dedicated client partner and sourcing teams to deliver 8 contract and 22 permanent hires across all network technology domains (Fixed IP, Transmission, Voice, Access and OSS providing a consistently exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience.

In addition to the solution, we provided consultancy in the legal process and onboarding of EU and non-EU candidates. The sourcing team focused on the various domains used an agile methodology to ensure the submission of the right number of candidates, led by an Arrows Group Project Lead that made sure the recruitment process and workflows were exectuted to the highest standards and customor satisfaction and interaction was secured. We also continued marketing, talent branding, EVP consulting and support to help attract talent and grow the brand.
