I’ve been recruiting for about 9 years now and still enjoy the buzz I get from helping my candidates secure the right role for them and likewise for my clients. I’ve worked in several businesses through my time in Tech Recruitment (including a stint where I ran my own company) and was quite disillusioned by the hardcore targets, rigid KPIs and lack of flexibility that is generally prevalent in Recruitment. I’m really happy to say that Arrows are totally different. They were honest with me from the outset about their history and the direction that they’re going in now. So, for me it was a no brainer when I received a call from Jo to offer me a role in the team.

I actually have an unhealthy obsession with Batman. In fact, whenever someone asks me what I want to be when I finally grow up, my answer is still and will remain, Batman. And yes, I’ve not grown up yet and don’t plan on doing so any time soon. I’m also in the process of building my own pack of Siberian Huskies.
