As a ex competitive butterfly swimmer, I have always had a passion for fitness. Now you will find me hitting the gym, early, participating in; kettlebell, circuit or bootcamp classes. Also ‘ralking’ (a mixture of running and walking) with a close friend around the Surbiton area. Lastly you may spot me cycling with my amazing Husband, along the river, encompassing frequent pub stops (just to keep it interesting! 😊 ).

Making new memories is my favourite past time. As a working Mum of teens, it’s important to me to ensure we make the most of our time together, as a family. My friends would describe me as ‘very organised’ as I typically plan 6 months ahead and ensure the diary is packed with; comedy nights, escape room experiences, theme park trips, festivals, holidays, treasure hunts – anything I can persuade the family to commit to.

Why I chose Arrows Group:
Whilst running my own training and coaching business, Arrows became a client, thank to my friend and ex -colleague Amanda. Prior to my initial meeting with Charlie and Rory, I researched the business watching James’s You Tube clips and more recently listening to the team Podcasts. I was immediately stuck at how innovative, passionate and focussed the leadership team were. Additionally, how their own values and ethics aligned with my own.

On my first day, working with the teams onsite, it became clear to me that I really wanted to support the business achieve their long-term vision and goals. When I was approached about an employed role, within the business, I jumped at the chance. Opportunities to join a business-like Arrows Group do not present themselves often and so I didn’t need any persuading. Working with likeminded people to achieve an exciting growth proposition excites me and I am delighted to be on the journey with some inspiring, industry leading professionals.
