As a Senior consultant at Arrows Group I am responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates in the Open-Source market I specialise and focus on the identification, selection and recruitment of Top Talent specialised in Fin-Tech branch, Professional Services and Technology sectors. Since my start at Arrows Group I grew out to be a specialist in FinTech. In this job it is all about listening to what people find important, both on the client and the candidate site. For me it is all about guiding people making the best decisions in their career and building relationships doing it is for me very enjoyable. In my spare time I like to do sports aa game of chess or to go out for drinks with friends and colleagues when on vacation I am not afraid to do some serious hiking for instance walking over the pyrenes.
