As Sales Director I am responsible for the overall result & performance of our NL – Amsterdam Office. This include conceptualizing key growth sales strategies. Next to this I am empowered to lead the NL consultants team (20 FTE). My goal is to make an effective, respected and profitable team of recruitment consultants. It is my passion and responsibility to offer them a long-term career in which they can grow at Arrows Group.

Key responsibilities;
• Overall responsible for the NL Arrows Group Office
• Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
• Increasing headcount and individual careers of consultants
• Creating strategic Partnerships with clients to help each other grow
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
