My role is to define and deliver our strategic plan. By ensuring we have the right people, services and, of course, clients, Arrows Group can offer real value and a positive experience to all stakeholders. I’m passionate about people and, though it may not be everyone’s cup of coffee, I get inspired looking at our processes. I want to make our business scalable and create a culture everyone is proud to be part of. Having lived in the UK, the Netherlands and South America, I think of myself as a global citizen. I love working in a diverse environment and I’m always learning from those around me. Outside of Arrows, the real hard work happens, thanks to my two wonderful children, wife and dog! Though I still sneak in the occasional game of squash and rugby… supporting Leicester Tigers counts, doesn’t it?
