Working in a full 360 recruitment cycle is what makes the job interesting because you have different roles within the job. Building a continuous relationship with old clients and consultants but also trying to get to know new consultants and clients. Constantly meeting new people and working with a variety of different companies is what keeps the job vibrant and me focussed. Preferably getting to know people over some beers, the more the merrier. Fun fact about me is that I paid my way through college by playing poker. On top of that did a full year in America, living in NYC but traveling to poker tournaments everywhere.
