Currently a client of mine within the automotive space a looking to speak with PMOs for a long-term contract opportunity.
The successful candidate will be an individual with practical experience of programme and project management environments and methodologies. They must have excellent organisational, analytical and facilitation skills and a strong drive to deliver quality results to specified deadlines. Ideally the candidate should have experience of large scale transformation programmes.
Proven experience providing Project Management Office (PMO) services and project support, preferably on large scale programmes.
Experience of providing core PMO services including planning, risk and issue management, change control, dependency management, finance tracking, document management, reporting and monitoring.
Expert knowledge working of Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint, One Plan PPM and Azure Dev ops.
Strong inter personal skills.
Confident in dealing with management ( up to Director level).
Flexible and collaborative style.
Strong team player.
Proactive, able to act on initiative.
Must have hands on approach
Can do attitude
