Change Manager

£120,000 + Benefits – 12 month fixed term contract

Contract to be completed remotely, you may have to go into office 1 or 2 times a month into City of London should there be the requirement

THE ROLE:

The programmes are looking at implementing a new, next-generation digital hub, while another is looking at cash improvements and reductions.

Both are long-term programmes. Phase 1 is starting with immediate effect, and they need someone to be immediately available or join on very short notice.

  • Rapid business assessment
  • Gap-Analysis for third-party deliverables (what level of processes do they develop, what training materials so they deliver vs. what do we need to pick up) – this may result in further deliverables!
  • Change Impact Assessment for each market archetype
  • Change Impact Assessment focused on exceptions for markets
  • Change Strategy
  • Change Plan

Required:

  • Global change experience (needs to have experience in global projects and having led change initiatives across various markets)
  • Change Impact Assessments
  • Planning
  • Strategy
  • Experience with marketing function is a plus as well as communication experience (stakeholder engagement plan)
